Limited-time promotional offers are subject to availability and may end without notice. Standard pricing applies after promotional periods expire.

5. License and Restrictions

5.1 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Promptly AI for personal or commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Copy, modify, or create derivative works
Rent, lease, loan, or resell access to the Service
Use the Service for illegal purposes
Circumvent security features or access restrictions
Share your account credentials with others
Extract data through automated means (scraping, bots)
Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content

6. User Content

You retain ownership of prompts and content you create. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Promptly AI provides prompts for third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.). We are not affiliated with these platforms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

Important: We do not provide the AI tools themselves, only prompt templates and optimization services for use with those tools.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9.2 Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results from using our prompts. The effectiveness of prompts depends on multiple factors including the AI tool used, user inputs, and external factors beyond our control.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
